The best part of the job: Being able to call a candidate with an offer from their dream job.
My biggest win to date: Placed a candidate that I initially spoke to on my first day in the job, built great rapport over the 6 weeks we worked together and worked with them through the whole process of applying, interviewing and eventually being offered.
What this role has taught me: Resilience and perseverance are key!
A bit about me: I’m a very sociable character and like spending time around people. I spent time working on the front line in the police which has developed my character immensely, and now I focus on helping people through finding them their dream job, rather than following a 999 call!
