I am a Social Housing Specialist Interim recruiter, focusing on placing candidates specifically within the Housing Management Systems space, and also broader Technology Change and Transformation within the space. Working closely with Business Analysts, Project and Programme Managers, Technical Analysts, Implementation Consultants and Data Analysts.
My approach to recruitment: Relationship Driven and prioritising the end-to-end experience for both the client and the candidate!
The best part of the job: Getting to know those within my market on a personal level and learning about their reason for being so passionate about the sector!
My biggest win to date: Turning a process round from initial approach to candidate placed within 8 hours.
What this role has taught me: The importance of honesty and transparency when dealing with people, things don’t always go the way you may want in the process, but sticking to your word and being honest with people is always appreciated!
A bit about me: I am currently training for the Brighton Marathon 2024, and when I’m not out and about with my dog Winston, I’m probably trying sushi somewhere!
